Early in my career I was promoted into a leadership position. This promotion had me leading a team of 40 people managing thousands of customers. What could go wrong? I thought I was on my way up the corporate ladder.
Quickly I learned I was in over my head. Unequipped and unable to steward my leadership, my team's development, and my customers' trust I failed badly. After too many failed results, it led to my demotion. This hurt...
